Difference between 0.50 / 1.00 / 1.50 piston?

Hi I coudn't find this discussion on this forum so far,
For instance, one puts 1.50 piston in his 78cc bike and earlier he had 0.50. What's gonna be the difference in terms of performance and millage ? (if any).

it will be 79.5cc in total and there would be no major difference in power and performance... until and unless closely noticed.

mostly cg125 has a default piston of 124~cc which is called 0 size

2 - 50number means not it is 124.5
3 - 100number means its 125cc
4 - 150(1.50) number means its 125.5 number
........
...
.
and list goes on until sleave has space.. I hear maximum 63mm ka piston dal jata hay which makes some where around 146cc in total.
