You need to first explain what exactly is wrong with the current engine?

Would give a better idea (for people here) to suggest whether it can be rebuilt (and the process involved for the rebuilt) or not.

Currently oil in plugs.. back.. no pick up even 5 log bethein to 30 se ooper nai jati.. lot og jugaars.. throttle ki pani kia lines engine se hi band kr di from previous owner.. head nd block dono khatam hain.. overhauling k bd no one giving guarentee

Minor smoke.. oil leakage from engine.. jb se meine purchase ki hai 2nd time gasket blow hoi haimm still parked with blowd gasket

Please have the car checked out by an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic before making the decision.

Yes there are parts of the engine which need replacement, but there appear other causes to the issues you are facing as well.

There is much more work that would need to go into the car in addition to sorting out the engine.

Overhaul isnt successful .. i noticed my friends.. few days back my friend #ranker84 swapped assembly of d15b(efi) in civic 1995. Nd running on carb. I drived his car for testing purpose.. it was flying..

Overhaul isnt successful .. i noticed my friends.. few days back my friend #ranker84 swapped assembly of d15b(efi) in civic 1995. Nd running on carb. I drived his car for testing purpose.. it was flying..

Depends on who works on the car bro.

We have successfully gotten overhauled few EGs and EKs. No issues post overhaul. Car's kept running till the owners sold them off.

Anyhow I guess the issue here is mainly that you are unable to find the right mechanic. Please check with seniors pakwheelers in your city for guidance in that front.

If all else fails and you still want to go through with the swap. My suggestion would be to go for the complete package (engine, ecu, uncut wiring - without gearbox).

Or you could experiment in line with the "warranty" given by your mechanic on swapping just the d15b assembly without issues.

There is a mechanic named naazik who use to tune supra evo etc near my home. I discussed with him he said overhauling of this engine is useless.. get a assembly nd drive with care. U will be in rest for 4 5 yeard atleast.

I would opt for the overhaul! Take good care of the car and 20 years is no worry.

Honda d series engine? Where you got the seleve soft stiffen done on pak or overhaul was done without it?

Work was done by authorized dealership bro. Honda Sharah e Faisal and Honda Defense on particular.
