Difference between Suzuki Cultus Variants

Can you please tell me what's the difference among many Cultus Variants. I'm new car user and thinking to buy Cultus (2013-2015) this month i need following factory fitted features.

Power Windows
Power Steering
ABS
Airbags
AC
don't know which variant is better plz help me

Sorry but Cultus in those year models will only offer AC. Either go for new Cultus 2017 (aka Crlerio) or go for old Cultus models(VXL) 2010 and earlier

what about Euro-II?
What's the difference between Euro-2 and VXR, VXL please elaborate

In euro you won't get such features only execpt AC but in VXL version you have power steering and power windows but no air bags while in VXR you neither have power steering or power window you have to go for new model to avail these features but that model doesn't sound good at all.
