The height of your new suggested tyre size is exactly same, so speedo will not have any error. Straight line grip will be better for braking because of wider contact patch.
If you widen your rim accordingly as well than cornering grip will also improve.
Finally because the tyre is bit heavier, so consumption will increase very slightly. Also it will have bit more wear n tear due to the extra load. Pickup will also be very slightly compromised.
