Difference between Yaris and vitz?

Is there any difference between vitz and Yaris? I was browsing website of Toyota USA and checking different models and Yaris was shown in list but vitz was not shown

Vitz doesn't exist in the western market. It's marketed as the Yaris. It's a vitz, just name changed to Yaris instead

The Toyota Vitz is what the car is called in Japan for the Japanese market (JDM). The Toyota Yaris is what the car is called in just about all the rest of the world.

No there is no more Vitz after 2019 although Vitz and Yaris were the same car. Vitz name used in Japan but same car called Yaris in rest of the world.

Vitz discounted in 2019 few hybrid models get launched in 2020 which are 1.5 some few are 1.3 as per my research. But now its all Yaris you can search Yaris 2020 JDM to see..

Recently launched version is Toyota Yaris GR 2024 which is coupe. Looking forward to see it in Pakistan soon.

Sure, the Toyota Yaris and Toyota Vitz are like twins of the same car, but they go by different names in different parts of the world. Imagine calling a cookie a "biscuit" in one place and a "cracker" in another, even though they're made from the same dough.
