Different number plate layout

Small letters on the bottom left, large numbers in the centre. I’ve seen this multiple times, what’s up with these

As far as i know only sindh issued custom plates of this font and format with big visible numbers , so maybe this guy is just copying that style (WHICH IS ILEEGAL) , The numer A-777 sold fir 1.3cr

This number plate A-1 sold for 10cr

That’s what I’m curious about, is Sindh excise issuing such number plates? Because that Accord’s number plate is somewhat special, xyz-777. Maybe they’re issuing such fonts for somewhat special numbers like the accord.

No they are not issuing such plates , only one auction was held and only A series was auctioned off .
He's just a wannabe trying to act rich on his 15-20 year old accord lol

Such custom plates are generally offered with high prices and on special demand. I have some of my fellows who have ordered these on demand.

I see, do you know how to get these number plates? Also what I’m more concerned about is that some of these plates have no records whatsoever. I recently saw a Hawal with a number plate like this, upon running the plate on sindh excise website, I was greeted with a ‘no record found’. Same thing with a Vigo.
