Different packages of Vitz

There are many variants of Vitz available in Pakistan. F, F M, F Smart, Jewela, Jewela Smart and U trim packages. What's the difference between them? I want to buy a 3rd Gen. 1.3Vitz. Will anybody guide me which one is most suitable and economical? Thank you.
