haha faizan bhai the process i told u require experties so to avoid ruining paint better come lahore and consult @vague_one and he will do for u, as if u go to purchase all things that would be much costly than what he will charge u 
process will start from wet sanding on only thoes pannels which re-painted and having orange peel than claying whole car
after claying , compounding process will start , compound will be selected by nature of skin condition as many levels of comounds avilable as per their differnt abrasive levels than polishing, here will give ipa wipe , ipa stands for isoprophl alcohal, it used to remove any polishing agents, oils before an application of sealant , usually mix the retio of ipa/water 15 to 20%
ipa wipe remove oils , polishing residue and provide very clean dry surface for sealant for excellant bounding capabilities and give max long life to sealant.
now time to apply sealant, many kinds of sealants with differnt age and opti-seal is also a kind of sealant provide permanent clear coat to car skin
and application of opti-seal requires high level experties
i again recomand to get done this process with proffesional detailer and than u maintain the ride with just weekly shampoo wash and wax coat
for wet sanding 3m papers avilable in pakistan again papers have to select as per orange peel condition of re-painted panels , various compounds also avilable here like 3m heavy cut compound, 3m extra fine compound, 3m also having polishes , meguiars compounds and polishes will soon launch here in pakistan like 105/205
sealnts not really avilable here so have to source from abroad , again many many sealnts in world i personaly like klasse for longer protection, optiseal is not avilable here and its provided permanent clear coat layer
finishing waxes, localy turtle, mother and meguiars avilable
