i have used ( infact still having one jar ) of 3m perfect it paste wax , its hybrid wax , comes good on light colours as produce good wet/watery effect on car skin , its also having good on skin. well this wax also give light pale esh tinch on surface, white paint require very good quality of purify natural wax to keep it white 
or synthetic waxes comes very good on white like meguiars nxt very good choice and having longer life.
i never use locite wax , well it seems to me synthetic wax thats reason they mentioning extreme coating wax
u can check this wax by applying on one panel of ur car and by water beading test u can judge its quality and sustain life
i always prefer paste waxes due to longer protection but liquid waxes give best finishing look
use of paste wax
shampoo wash car in cool shed place, dry with micro fiber
take clean foam applicator pad , very lightly mist that pad with detailer spray ( if no detailer spray use simple water by help of spray bottle ), swap pad on wax lightly and wipe on car panel in straight strocks , once u cover one panel remove wax residue with clean microfiber cloth and go to next panel ....
spare some time sunday evening ( in morning already having some commitments ) to visit me will do for u and also have to return ur imanat
