Hi all....i am very new in this forum but i have been reading the posts from last two weeks and i am very much impressed by detailing work of Ahmad Bhai and the way he reply every post and the way he help others.Ahmed bhai,you have a very nice car.I also have a ride Gli 2012 but in mid silver color.At the time of buying i was also confused between black or Mid silver but made a decision of mid silver :).No doubt black look awesome.

try meguiar ultimate range for it like ultimate wash and wax shampoo and meguire microfibers , meguire ultimate wax these will suit best to ur car skin inshallha

Thank you bhai for your guidance about my mid sliver Gli...i also booked honda civic prosmatec 2013 in black color,will reach on 11th of this month.i need your guidance on its black skin too...as told you before that i am just a beginner of this detailing stuff....much impressed your black color corolla...Before i used to polish my car with simple cosmic wax or polish...lol....don't know where to buy these stuff as i am living in Rawalpindi.....

if u maintain ur new cars from very first day than sure ur cars will be also same like this , just have to care some basic things like allways wash car with proper car shampoo no more surf, use microfiber clothes for washing, drying, de-waxing no more rs20 wala cloth, use good wax , i said wax no polish as ur both cars new so for time being u dont need polish , just use wax
never dry dusting car skin , weekly wash and wax keep the car skin nourish

synthetic waxes do good on lighter shade like medium silver and natural waxes comes best on dark colours like black

meguiars #16 wax is from professional line , it was initialy launched for europian market however now its obsilate verson and meguiars #26 wax take it place , kashif bhai and usman bhai are satisfied user of this wax

poorboy's one of my favourit brand due to its quality products in most compititive prices
poorboy's having 2 sealants and have tested both

1) ex sealant with carnuaba
its hybrid sealant means mixture of synthetic and natural carnuaba , its all alone one product and no need to topup with any other things as natural oils in this sealant give depth to paint and synthetic elliments seal the surface for longer time.
i personaly like it on dark paints however u can also use it on any colour, its easy on easy off, even can apply under direct sun

well being natural oils in it its life is not longer, so last just 2 months in extreem weather like we living
since i regulaerly maintain my cars so i am good with this life.
I LIKE IT

2) ex-p sealant
its pure synthetic sealant
same like ex sealant with carnuaba its easy on easy off, can apply under direct sun, life longer than ex sealant however shorter than klasse sealant , streangth wise poorboy's both sealants are not good but if applied on proper prepare surface than u can easily last 3 months with this sealant, i would prefer klasse over this sealant intearms of longer life and out comes of both sealants (ex and klasse are same just klasse last much longer than this )

so when u coming lahore to test these sealants ?

buhat buhat mubarik ho for having new car mashallha its best new car avilable in pakistan, i have test driven asif bhai's @pyromaniac white civic and enjoyed its comfortable drive

Allha app ko or app ki family ko ye car mubarik kare and prove it safe ride for all of u (ameen )

no doubt black clean blingo rides seems very attractive but its also true to keep it blingo not much easy in pakistan, u are living in islamabad so bit lucky having less dust than us.
do some basic cares like allways wash car with dedicated car shampoos , since ur car is new so u need mild shampoo like meguiars ultimate wash and wax shampoo with double bucket method , use microfiber clothes for washing, drying, buffing out wax etc instead of rs20 wala cloth, megs supreem shine microfibers are good one i heard in islamabad its rs800 each while in lahore its rs1450 each
since black dark colour so natural wax is best choice to make this colour more deep dark black in pakistan limited options like mother step 3 paste wax rs1800 to 1900 and meguiars gold class i think rs 2000 to 2200 , natural wax attract dust so u also need detailer spray , meguiars ultimate detailer is good one not sure local price but in usa its $9 or may be 10

u can get all stuff from shahid autos islamabad by giving ref of ahsan bhai from abotabad ( a dear brother to me and pw member ) for having discounted prices.

just for your info 3m pakistan also getting dealership of meguairs and inshallha will get aik # stuff at reasonable price

most important thing u never ever think for dry dusting as dry dusting is main source for producing swirls on car skin
i am happy u consider me ur brother and share ur happiness with me by sharing car pics here
