Tight teeka laga hai tumhain. Khair, lets hope kay problem solve hogayee hogee. But we will never get to the root of the problem, as to what exactly was causing it. I have few questions.

1) Heater core main kya kya saaf karwadiya bhai kay 1100 rupay mazdoori thuk gayee:???

2) tuning main kya kya set kiya hai us nay. ?? Yahan to 1200 main sab kuch check hojata hai. Tappet, Distributor, timings, vacuum.

3) Radiator cap Japani hai kya???

4)miscillaneos main kya kya included hai ??. Chai waghaira??

In the end, I would like to say that, yaar yeh problem aisa tha na, kay i think you would have been thinking, kay bhalay paisay ziada thuk jain, magar gaari sehi hojaye. Thats what I would have thought too. Anyway, Chalo, gaari ki kaafi saari cheezain new hogayee hain. BTW Whats in the radiator?. I hope its a good quality coolant and not water?.

1)700 ( mazdori) + 300(heater core leake repairing from somewhere else @ rakhsy ka kraya) + 100(buff on speedometer front cover to remove white satins) so total 1100 :_(

2)1400 (mazdoori,AC gas leak kiye bgher radiator nikala,timing belt aur baring daly aur tuning(plug saf,tappet etc))

3) ji cap japani hy

4) miscellaneous (dashboard draw ka spring Rs.70 colant Rs.150 Rs.10 for leakage check from tyre wala

green coolant in radiator.brandll surly get CD70

I'm back with updates:-) my car traveled about 700km and thank GOD it never overheated and gauge remain exactly in middle.
it seems, it was radiator problem which is resolved now after service.
sad thing is, my heater core is leaked again even after repairing.Rs 1100 to waste ho gya:-(
anyways!!! thanks digimanpk for ur guidance.
can anyone tell me where i can find the heater core for Aulto in Lahore and its price?

its good to c ur car prob is now over n u r now hopefully njoin ur ride without fear of overheat
i said u b4 that there is somthing wrong in ur coolin system and the main culprit was not only the thermostat but radiator or somthin was tooo
now for safety replace thermostat after every 2 years to avoid over heating as it get clogged as time passes

it also good to 2 know that u acted upon my advic n honoured me
now i came to know about my efforts r fruitfull 4 every1

Mileage is 15 kms/litre. That is confirmed by me after 2 or 3 fillings.

know tell me seriously that whether u hav installed thermostat or not and if not then there is another test for u which will simply evaluate that ur cooling system is fine or not i devised them to check my cooling system and got best results
ur reply shows that ur ride is overheating and i guessed that something in coolon system is culprit and i a culprit in my mind

so man reply whether thermo is installed or not if not than its good 4 this test

I'm as busy as hell, cant have time to "discover" heater core from somewhere.its not available in market:-( they said u have to buy the whole box (with heater core,blore,airflow mechanism) for 11K
yar gari kuch zyada awaz dy rahi hy,sylencer waly ko dikhaya tha to kehta hy k dholki kat k andar koi chez hoti hy wo daly ki 1000 lgy ga:-( i repaired my tape instead of sylencer:-)
1 thing more, jab sy timing belt aur baring change kraya hy, start kerty waqt us area sy awaz aati hy just like home water pump noise.gari thori garam ho jaye to kafi had tak theek ho jati hy awaz.is it normal?

brother i always used to ask suggest some mechanic in Lahore so that i can go there for maintenance or any problem in future.there r lot of workshops here per har koi "chona" lgany k liye betha hota hy.

100% sure...

cuz in morning car dnt go to even 20% ov gauge but in afternoon or wen sun iz out..i t goes up to half mark with DIRECT FAN...

now here it goes

disconnect the lower hose pipe from the metal pipe above gear box

this exhale all water out open radi cap andtry to block one side of the hose pipe by hand leaving metal other side open and put the water pipe in the radiator and open water from tap and see whethert water is comin freely and in full quantity or flow is restricted

all i want to know is i guess ur coolin system is stuck by dust or rust so do it and then tell me

bro i live in UET.Well! overhauling!! i don't think so.it only a minor problem of noise when engine is not hot,after 1 minute it becomes normal.
