Direct connection radiator fan is harmful

Yaar Engine coolant change karna koi itna bara basla nahi hai. buy a screwdriver , and remove the clamp from the bottom hose which connects to the radiator,remove the hose from the pipe which connects the hose and the engine. Now let the water drain. open the radiator cap so that all the coolant drains out. Now connects the hose back and tighten the clamp. drain the overflow bottle as well. Fill the radiator with water. cap the radiator idle the engine for 5 min. Drain the water. Repeat the process. and drain the water again. Then fill it up with coolant.

Cant recommend any coz I run my car on Tap water ..lolzz.
Buy a branded ones. Caltex, Taxeco, Shell, PSO. Buy a pre mixed one if you have to.

Acha haan, aik kaam to karo. The second time you put water in the radiator as mentioned above. Dont drain it just after idling the engine. Run the engine on highway and check if its heating up again ??. Dont put ordinary tap water in. Buy distilled water ( Water from A/C drain).
If its heating up again. There might be some mechanical problem with your engine.
Aur yaar engine main kidhar say awaz aarahi hai???. konsa aisa bearing hai jo mechanic nay ok kar diya hai. Kahin tumhara water pump to nahi hai mere dost??. Jo bhi ho , pay attention to it coz you know chotee chotee problem baad main kitna bara masla kar daitee hain. Get it resolve.

Yaar, I know , buying a cheaper car or an expensive car is the same. Expensive car saal main aik dafa kharab hotee hai , Cheap saal main 10 dafa. And you end up paying the same amount at the end of the year.

ive got the EXIT hole ov radiator ov khyber.
ive cleaned the radiator.
now wats next.
havent put the coolant in it.
still only water..
yar but the temperature needle goes on the same spot agian. as pix i posted earlier??
wat to do now//

yar actually i've very tough schedule these days but I'll change the coolant soon INSHALLAH.
yar jahan aulto ki engine oil level check kerny ki strip hoti hy uss area main kahen sy awaz aati hy.
constant kharrrrrrrrrrrr.......... ki awaz aati hy(i dont know how to pernounce it:-)) just like sylencer kharab ho to gari ki awaz berh jati hy,just like that.mechenic said k koi washal baring etc hy,per koi masly wali bat ni hy.
agar water pump hy to pehly 100km main bhi heatup hona chahiye.
mujhy to lagta hy saaya ho gya hy meri gari per.koi dam sham hi kar do yar...........

Yaar does it only goes to half way mark or does it cross it as well. Your car is over heating , YES!!!, but it is very strange ...why??. No oil or bubbles in your radiator mean your head gasket is ok, No Thermo no Radiator Switch mean the engine should be cool. Also Make sure your radiator is in good shape and nothing blocking it. You did see water circulating in the radiator didnt you??.

radiator was serviced month bak wen i overhauled the car..
the prob z after overhauling..
before ovrhaulin the fan was automatic n was working fine..

If possible, with the engine running, do check out the coolant (water) in the radiator when the needle is in the middle point (between C & H). If the water is not too hot (no boiling, no steam and u can insert your finger in the coolant without any pain) that means the car is not over heating. Your thermostat might have been removed but not your temperature sensor, so it goes to (just below) the middle point when the engine is at its operating temperature.

Yaar the operating temperature is around 82 degrees centrigrade. Now if the temp gauge is showin the right temp,How do you expect him to put his finger into the coolant at this temperature.it would burn his finger. Also in this case, as the water is already circulating and fan is already on, the excess heat wont be dissipated resulting in rise of temperature beyond the middle point.

- Try doing long runs at high rpm and see that the needle ever goes beyond the middle point.

• Start your engine, open the bonet and directly from the carburator, increase the throttle the engine. Increase the temp of engine, rev it. When the temp reaches the half way mark, notice if you hear a pop sound or not.??.

how can u judge ur car is overheating???????????????
just by seeing it on gauge but ur gauge must ha gone wrong

today i can up with a xcitig thing un beleiveable but will share it later i hav to go out 4 a work

till then do as i say

when ur car overheats there is a simple test only 4 u as a gift from me just do it n jugde worthiness of ur gauge

when car overheats its temp is more than 100 deg.

so at this temp water boils

so when ur car shows hike in needle just pour some water on the radiator if water starts bcomin steam its a sign of overheating water splashes and makw ssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh sound madly

if water only passes and drop on floor with liltle steam or no steam ur cart is ok only gauge is faulty

Yaar umans look at this:

One of the overheating problems that I encountered was a blown head gasket. It was only 'slightly' blown, however and the usual test of starting the car, allowing it to run for a couple minutes and checking for pressure in the water jacket didn't disclose anything. Usually, if you have a blown headgasket, during this test you will hear gas escaping the radiator as you remove the cap. The indicator, I felt, was the overheating at highway speeds, but not at around town driving. I would not suggest that if your car is overheating at highway speeds that you pull the head and look for a blown headgasket though!!! My final indicator was the radiator fluid leaking out from between the head-block surface.

There is another thing called Air Dam which is used to provide extra air flow for cooling. Make sure nothing has happend to your bumper.
