Disabled driving liscence

Hello,
I don’t if it’s right place for my query or not but I just wanted to give it a try... I got my driving liscence in 2014. I lost my right hand in an accident (not a road accident ) in 2016. I am driving both automatic and manual cars without any problem. From few weeks I m trying to gather some information about disabled driving liscence but the liscence is office have very inexperienced and non ethical staff and simply denied me and said apka aik hath nhi hy, apka liscence kesay bn skta hy.
I knew there is some procedure for disabled and physically handicapped people to get a liscence in every country. Could anyone here please guide me about it.

If the office is denying u should add your issue on Prime minister portal and mention that office which simply refused you.
I don't think there's any law in Pakistan about not providing license to disabled. There must be some legal requirements which they are not providing you or else they themselves might not know about such law as you know most of them are sarkari bharti and they have very limited knowledge. you need to obtain a medical certificate from the surgeon who performed the amputation surgery stating the reason for need of it, with the document please visit district health officer of your permenant address over cnic to endorse the same for your right hand being amputated with exact date.

complete the documentation and write an application to the Senior Supretendent Driving Licence Branch of your city attach your old driving license and the certificates issues by DHO.

He will call upon you and assign a date for driving test if all goes well, your driving license will be re-issued with Orthopedic class C disability which require a passenger present in car. ( so far only 270 people under this class have driving license - some are soldier officers with active service desk jobs )

Agar templete mil jata application ka to Me bhi Dr k pass le k Chala jata or sign karwa leta.
mera left hand bhi weak hai lekin me automatic ghari chalA leta hun mujhe Sirf automatic ghari ka chahiye.

if you can read & write english try writing it yourself. be specific about disability and reason of it. The reason will be requiring a medical certificate for final appearance at licensing office.

post it here. clearly indicate reason for disability

جناب محترم میرا سوال یہ ہے کہ میں ایک آنکھ سے کانا ہو چکا ہوں میرا لائسنس 2017 کا بنا ہے جبکہ میں 2020 میں ایک حادثہ کے نتیجے میں ایک آنکھ سے محروم ہو گیا اور ایک ٹانگ سے تھوڑا لنگڑ کر چلتا ہوں اس وقت میں آٹومیٹک اور مینوئل دونوں گاڑیاں چلا سکتا ہوں میرا علاج ایک ویلفیئر ہسپتال میں ہوا تھا تو مجھے کوئی ریپورٹ نہیں مل سکتی میں کیسے لائسنس بنوا سکتا ہو برائے مہربانی میری رہنمائی فرمائیں
