Disabling the seat-belt warning on a Toyota Axio

you need the SRS control module and all the associated wiring and sensors too

That was my argument with that Khan sb i bought it from he says I will show you a half cut corolla in which this steering and other Air bag is installed but the steering one got no sensors or wiring this working with impact from steering column hmm. He says we had a incident where this steering was hanged
up and it dropped and opened up.

that impact must have set off the firing detonator squib in the airbag, It is said to very gently rest the airbag assembly at a place where it cannot be impacted with anything at all. btw in the picture you have the front facing bit, what about the rear facing contact rings

If this were a completely mechanical system then ask yourself why do you have an SRS warning light

axio has a sensor inside seat aswell. if u put load on seat (driver or passenger) without wearing belt the beep will be on.
better to wear a seat belt

maybe you can just find and disconnect the speaker

well i usually do this (whn no one is sitting on the seat) i bukle up the belt and if sum1 want to sit he can sit...beacuse no 1 usually wear belt n it keep on beeping..so i guess this is the best solution which goes for me.

Disconnect the circuit, a white clip under your seat, it won't beep again. But for your safety always wear a seat belt. Personally I would have got killed in a roll over but seat belt saved me Alhamdullilah.
