The basic question is what is the value of the car,is it around 300k,if yes than 50k less from its price sounds good,if it is around 900k than do you think 50k is something than 1 should consider,or if the price is 1.5M than will there be any sensible person on the face of this earth to go for it.
This is one basic reason second is that if any person has got the original file with him(definately some some one will have it coz they r lost) and the vehicle is pre 2000 model when computerised data was only in Sindh and as you are in Lahore so to all concerns,at that time vehicles were used to register all across country without defacing/crossing with issued registration number on import documents or invoices so in your case there is only .0001% chance,that might be there may be some one some where who CAN use these lost original documents for any ill motive.
