The so called company(private organisation) maintained car and the owner was happy and confident that the car he will be having was being maintained like dealership qualities(claimed by organisation).
Owner was totally unaware of that and he came to know after selling it to one of friend and face utter disappointment.
The question is what is safest option to resolve this issue.

Oil changes delayed... seems like all the sludge. Lqiui moli flush can help for one unless car is very high mileage. I wont blame dealership as this cant even happen with a 20w-50... it happens with with extended drain intervals

This nothing to be worried about at all .very common when paid driver's are doing maintenance., stealing from owner.

pour 500 ml of branded engine flush let engine idle for good 15 minutes & drain the engine oil.
use new oil filter and 5W-30 engine oil. next oil change shall be at 2000 kms. change oil filter change engine oil and good to go for next 7000 kms.

trust me this sludge is nothing,

I would say to not pour oil flush at this stage. Reason being that sizable chunks can get displaced and clog up oil passages. Good synthetic oil should be put in with short drain (~2k kms) intervals and car should be driven on constant load, putting heat in oil to dissolve it slowly. Maybe after 3 or 4 short drain cycles, flush procedure can be performed safely.

Use toyota taglon 5w50.
Drain it after driving 3000kms by adding liqui moly engine oil flush and keeping engine idling for 15mins. Keep on using the same oil with 5k drain intervals. Or you can use engine oil flush right away, but I recommended you a safer bet.
There would still be a chance of some issue from this. If you keep on using fully synthetic oil and changing it rightly then this gunk will vanish itself in 20-30k kms. It's all your call.

This sludge was formed due to extended drain intervals on a mineral oil.
