Distributor Spark Plug issue

I have mehran 2008 model.
1st and 3rd plug gets black after 2 days. Some mechanic suggest to replace carburator and some tell to change distributor and current issue. Plzz suggest what problem it could be???

Is it oily? , any misfiring issue?
Before changing anything get compression tested.

No its not oily. Just black carbon fully. Compression test was done. Its 110-105-108.
No miss fire no missing normaly but when plug gets black then it start missing. 2nd plug is totally golden as it must be. 1st and erd plug

Your compression is on low side.
Set the plug gaps according to manual and use oem plugs. Different heat range plug can cause this.
Also do check the distributor.
That's dry carbon. A sign of rich mixture.
Carburetor should cause all of them to go rich.
