the plastic door vapour barriers also play a role here - if they are missing you will get air leaks, make sure its bonded tightly to the door, a thin piece of jute or cotton padding also helps in insulation.

Another thing u can do which i did is, i took out the side mirrors and closed all the gaps and crevices using trasnparent rtv and duct tape

butyl ribbon sealer is used on such locations - old cars from the 60s had such on the tail lights too to prevent rusting on their cavities. this was because foam and rubber tech was not that good back then, mehran parts are funny and dont fit nice - so its ok to use butyl sealer (its ancient, its cheap and it works 100% every single time - its messy though)

yes i had that in mind to find something like that but was afraid of it being messy so opt for transparent rtv and its holding nicely.

My mehran with duet compressor,success condenser
Does 12-13 c on vents in the morning but i does 16-18 in the afternoon while the outside tem is 39-40 ,what should i do any suggestions?
