Have tried multiple brands. Glasurit lays down more evenly with 1.4 gun (2:1+10%reducer). I have noticed much more UV resistance when compared to NEXA and General. So far it hasnt faded on single stage and no clear coat failure on 2 stage, 5 years with plenty of sun. Mipa is also good after glasurit.
i see, as per my experience using a good HS clear with proper ratios and recommended layers of clear i dont think a good quality clear would fail that easily. if mixing and proportions are set right, i even haven't had any issues with laying Diamond Hs clear goes on fine lil to no peel and for extra flat finish i think a 1.3 or 1.2 would be much better.

body shell is primed and all plastic parts get a second coat of primer ,,,,,, expected to finish this project before Ramzan but unfortunately ,,,,,,,,, any how will try best to finish it off before Eid ,,,,,,,

it is very difficult to do such laborious work in ramazan. do take care by wearing good quality masks while painting during ROZA so that u dont get fumes in ur mouth and throat

Right now i got only Tig 200amp welder. There's also a flux core mig welder available which are gasless. Mig is pretty difficult to use on thin metal sheets. Do share pictures as you weld.
