do we need to galvanize the metal for rust protection before applying paint?

do we need to ionize the metal before applying paint to make it stick on body?

well no such thing is in list ,,,,, and i think there is no need of any such thing on outer body pannels ,,,,, we will prime it with 2K nippon or sikken primer and it will seal the body against rust ,,,,,, by the way i get this ABRO undercoating spray for under body fenders ,,,,,,,

ok so done with all body panels other then rear quarter panels ,,,,, they need lot of preparation ,,,,,
