after applying resin, I left it to cure.

the curing process may take 10 minutes or up to few hours. It all depends the mixing of hardener.

Normally, if you mix less hardener, it will stay white. the more hardener, it will turn pinkish.... more.... dark green... more towards blackish

after it was cured, the time was the to remove it from the curve.
It was an easy job, last time when i did it, it was hard to remove.
but this time because i took care of the masking tape.
It was easily recovered from the mold (shape)

after removing the part from the section, I carefully removed the masking tap from the newly made part

after removal, it put another few layers of resin and this time, i mix it with more hardener for quick cure.
this turned the color of my part

then, I left it for drying.
The best way of drying is in open air in sun light. and give it several hours.
else, there will be a smell of resin in it and it stays there unless completed dried

Now, the second part of the project is to make the front side of the enclosure.

for the front section. I need to know the size and dimensions
for that I took a file cover card (hard paper) and place it on the section.
and cut it.
this was done after 15 tries as i didn't want to cut more in the first try.

I tried to take dimensions as close as possible to perfection

Now as I have my size for the front section of enclosure
I will be using 1" thick chipboard.

Great work sir. This thread will be followed as a guide for others in audio who have little space yet want a proper subwoofer in their boot.
