Sir you are one hundred percent right IAC valve starts stucking after cleaning with card cleaner. Carb cleaner job is to remove carbon and residual build up over time. When engine reach its operational temperature it causes all the hooked components head up as well. When carb is build up in the iac valve it take extra force to close and open when it is signaled by ecm. And when u clean the carbon with carbon cleaner what it does is just remove carbon build up but as it is an old iac it will defiantly need some lube to work freely. Lubbing is not one hundred percent solution. Basically u will need to replace it otherwise cuz even after using carb cleaner there is still lettle left inside and when you drive on high temperature thay lube will most likely burn off and starts stucking again. Manufacturer use specific type of lube for high heat resistance. I would use wd40 which will work just fine for the remaining summer and iac usuly don't malfunction in winters so next summer I'll replace it with the genion part of I'll approach some junk yard for old engine part which will work better than a raplica part.
