having said that you missed one point though, how to put back the disk pads, as new ones are thicker than those of worn out pads.
anyways i add that part, in fig 5, push the piston back with the help of a rod/metal piece so that u make way for calliper to settle in well in its place with new/ thicker brake pads, if u miss this part then u are in no way gonna place that calliper back.
Also inspect the brake fluid level, must ve risen in reservoir bottle. there shouldn't be excess amount of fluid in bottle.
p.s. Always wear gloves and put mask on ur face while dealing with brake pads and shoes.
