Here is a small DIY on changing Honda City/Jazz/Fit Disc brake Pads
Skill Level: Low
Tools: couple of wrenches and common sense.
Time: 15 min
Step 1
Jack up the car, Make sure its secure. Remove the wheel.

Step 2
Inspect the brake pad thickness as shown in the picture below
Brand New : 8-9mm
Minimum service limit : 1.6mm

Step 3
If replacement is required, Remove the bolt below the calliper using 8x1.25 wrench. You will have to keep the nut attached in the middle of the calliper in place by using a second wrench.

Step 4
Flip the clipper up. The brake pads are held in place by spring type hinges, just pull the brake pads away.

Step 5
Brake pads will have metallic covers kind of things on them, take them apart, outer brake pad will have one, inner pad will have two.

Step 6
Replace the brake Pads, put on the metallic covers back, and assemble in reverse order.
You can lubricate the moving parts of you want to, but DO NOT oil the brake pad and rotor surface!
My old brake pads
driven 40K km, thickness was about 2-3mm with very fine cracks here and there
