now i can define that how i done it... if you have any question you can ask...
and sorry for my week English 
METHOD:
YOU need:
--5 LED strips with 9 white leds in each.. (easily available at every car decoration shop or for buying cheap go to college road in rawalpindi. cost rs 50 each)
--two red LEDs
--one white and one red nail polish (for needles)
--nail polish remover
- you have to open the meter and remove the speedo meter and rpm meter by removing screws from its back side..
- fix LED 5 strips in meter box.. as shown in image below.. or change the place of leds according to your meter and your needs.
- remove needle by rotating it in clockwise direction.. (warning: dont apply presure on needle.. and dont pull it hardly.. do this step with soft hands).
- now remove the paint from needle using nail polish remover and tissue paper..
5.now apply white nail polish on backside of needle.. and red on its edge.. as shown in image.
- now its the time to add red LED near the deedle.. for clear visibility of needle and some "shashka"!! add red LED in front of meter and directed upwards.. it should not be visible in front.. hide it below the casing of meter.. same as it shown in image below..
- at last you have to attach the wires ... just remove old bulbs from meter and connect the wires of led strip and red led... there must be 2-3 bulbs so you can attach the wires at any terminal.. or maybe on 1 led on different terminal and 2nd on different ... but do it by attaching the power supply with meter as you have to check the polarity where the led strip ON..
