DIY: Mission Mehran Headlights

Did some experiment and it worked. No high end products used, no electric buffer, pure desi style

Step 1: Bought a new dish washing scotch bright sponge. Soaked it in water, detergent, lemon juice, and vinegar. Applied on the lights and gently buffed first with the softer side then with the harder side till all the marks comes off.

Step 2: Dried the lights with a clean towel. Applied a little amount of desi rubbing compound price 50 pkr only. Started rubbing with a clean towel and gave some tough time to arm and hands. Buffed till all the shine restored.

Step 3: Need to protect with uv protectant but still looking for some solution.

Total expense. Hardly 70 pkr only. Good for a mehran

Hmm nice.. It could be more good if you share the before pics.
Btw a good work done in 70 rs. But you still need to do some rubbing on the lights.

U can also use toothpaste to buff the headlights

That's a bit too much for cleaning the acrylic/plastic headlight. An easier and a better option is to use toothpaste and a toothbrush, Rub it with a microfiber cloth untill the light is good as new. Works wonders.
