Depends upon which car you intend to paint. Single step colours & metallic colours have a slightly different procedure.
If you are interested in DIY painting then post the pictures of your car.
In Sha Allah I would guide you the complete procedure.
But remember, patience and skill is the key.

I did something similar very recently and it is indeed fun and satisfying to paint your own car. However, preparing the base for a bumper by sanding isnt one of the fun parts of the experience.
