First about the lock motor which i am disappointed to know that it dont have one in driver door. Its just the lock switch which opens and closes the other three doors. xulfiqar was right about it. The connector is there but where it connects, there are no pins/contacts.One thing i want to ask, that this motor/switch assembly with two connectors is same in all doors or they are different? Secondly, i did the DIY for the door holders, all four doors, two yesterday and two today. It was a tiresome job as i reshaped the white plastic parts to get a wedged shape with a file. They wore out with usage. Inserted 2mm rubber sheets along with the rubber blocks and now its working. Recovery is upto 80%. Lets see how long will it last.For reference see the pics attached by faizandawood in earlier posts

the driver door only has the switch while the other three doors have a motor to lock/unlock - the passenger front door however also has the same pulse input as the driver door to lock/unlock the whole car.

The reason you dont see the contact connector for it is because its now connected to the "aftermarket motor" this is done to minimise work - as the remote control system unlocks the driver door only and the rest automatically follow.as the switch is getting signal.

actually when i did the DIY i felt like the door has gone a bit more hard than my expectation but father said it will b k soon and after a few days it started working perfectly. Thanks 2 my Dad who helped me a lot in this DIY :)......

Do the power window motor really need relays? Previous owner's electrician has installed a pair of relays in each door for the motor. I think it was done after getting one contact burnt in the driver door's main window control panel. Two wires are soldered out from within to operate the window motor's relays. I will have live with it like this as far as its working fine. The PROBLEM is that the lock button which disables the other three window control is not working. May be because of grounding directly to the door body in relay circuitry... Is it possible to make it functional?

Only nissans come equipped with two relays per door. on Honda its not required, If the contact is burnt then you should investigate the problem of why the motor jammed, using a bad grease in the system that is not water resistant or anything that swells the rubber channls of the door frame can cause high amp draw for the motor.

The lockout switch will not work if the wiring has been fudged up in the doors.

Step 2 - Extracting the file will give two more rar file Part 1 and Part 2
Step 3 - Extract both parts at same location using EXTRACT HERE

@ faizandawood007 --- About the lock locks; my wife accidently opened the trunk with my father's xli's key and it opened with ease. I was stunned to see this. Is is due to stuck lock pins? Or should i change the locks completely?

the problem is there r very few people who can change the pins of locks in a 100% right manner as when i went to repair my lock many lock makers said that u need to change the whole lock set of the car and then i remembered a guy and went to him and then he went to someone else and came back with new pins in and lock working superbly so if u can then change the pins of the locks than do go for it....

what he did i think i he put new pins according to the shape of the key so u have a deshaped key than still he will make it accordding to that shape.

This is why I always say to buy a brand new key from the manufacturer, they have the coded machine that cuts the key, the code comes from the build sheet of the car. It is also very wise to keep a key pasted to the file of the car that you keep inside your house, make copies from that.
