sir i was thinking to do that but thats a kharchay wala kaam
and as u may know all the strips aur going to b placed upside down there is very little chance of getting damaged by water

why dont you just get them covered with clear plastic sheet. it will keep water away

you can laminate them at home with tape and clear plastic or you can get them done from a stationary store, the stores use a machine that creates a good seal so less water seepage occurs.

sir these leds are 3.2 volt each so i used 1000ohm resistor with each led to bring down 12volts to led level..

i fixed all the strips under the car using double tape and alot of UHU

why dont you do the same with the plastic sheet. paste it to the car body with the led strip under it.

the sheet is very cheap. the amount you need will cost barely 30 rs and is available at all stationary stores. it is used to cover notebooks.

_/\/\/\/_ is the 1000 Ohm resistor that he has mentioned.
|LED| is the LED.
|+ -| is the battery. (+ is the positive terminal, - is the negative)
Also, keep one thing in mind. You will see two legs of an LED. One would be longer and the other would be smaller. Attach the positive terminal to the one that is longer.
