Hi everybodyI wanna fly my dji phantom 3 standard but my house comes in airport 5 mile radius. Many people say contact ATC and obtain permission and fly it. But how can I contact ATC?

Other than this, I think you need to have further permissions / NOCs too from some other authorities, like MoI (may be).
Well, you can fly it at tree height and for that i dont think you need clearance as less than tree height doesnt give a radar signature...Why not go to airport and check with CAA officials over there
