Asfar sb, he wasn't respectful at all.
You can read this whole melodrama and decipher yourself what it is about. when you're dealt with respect, and you are visiting for either solution or inspection. But if you're wasting someone's time & annoying them by asking silly questions. And i just ignored them by coming in to my office. Im apologetic if you are getting offended by anything posted by me above.

It's good that the workshop didn't mess up my car further. But shouldn't this be a normal expected behavior in any interaction, involving an exchange of services?

For all it matters the amount may be X, it's about the value proposition in return of the amount X.

I am not here to prove anything, this isn't a court of law. I've largely avoided to engage in a debate with the owner. Why? Because it'll simply turn out to be a case of "He said, she said."

However, I've been responding to the queries being raised by others, because I feel like I am obligated to do that.

But I do stand by what I wrote, it's a review. Some might chose to believe it some might not, but that's just how it works.

Comparing and checking a kabli part with the one coming out of your car is like standing in HONDA 3S and comparing your part with the brand new part.
When you're saving money and getting a kabli part, what's left to compare?
Also, there was no need to defame this mechanic as he doesn't really seem to be at fault here.

in this case, i think the buyer is wrong, he is checking part numbers and "plastic quality" of a part, and then being petty enough that he mentions that the shop owner estimated 200-300 rs delivery but later charged 500.

He got the diagnosis, if you are so much picky about the parts, you first ask for pictures or just buy brand new.

1. You got your correct diagnosis, it was a bad blower.
2. AC gas was a separate issue and he did choose the correct sequence of diagnosis
3. He rightly charged you for his time, diagnosis and the hassle of arranging the part (and then sending it back). Mind you it is not very easy to get scrappy to take back his item.

If you are so particular about your work, involve yourself in the process.

On part of the workshop, I would suggest to stop promising overly amazing services, because most people are just not willing to pay for that standard of work and often times the availability of parts limits the quality of the job. The customers keep coming if you keep doing a good job.

One more thing, damages and losses are common in car repairs, so suck it up.

You will not be able to retain relations with good mechanics with such a petty attitude

Like i said there are two problems in your ac system.
Blower and then low refrigerant. He was again annoying by saying mujhay to cooling theek lagti hai. I said you asked me for refrigerant level that its short of 250G.

Like its enduser choice to either get the work done or they can say chalen I'll get it done from honda or wherever they want to.

I quoted him just motor cost is 2200-2500 pkr and oem motor from honda is around 15k + and obviously honda sells each part individually. Like blower motor separate, fan separate...

Now i have those vendors who send us original honda parts. We just have to place the order and the next day that original part arrives...

It just they were asking too many questions which were very silly, and i entertained him for an hour answering his tonnes of questions... But now i just moved inside my office and that moving in to the office without saying a word, struck him so badly that he made this post as a caution in a grudge.. Everyone knows people come to us for either inspection or either solutions or there are some members of pakwheels who just come and see our work, do gupshp and we discuss projects and they ask about DIY choices and we guide them, even many ask me stuff on WhatsApp but coming to the workshop is either for solutions or inspections.

Apologies if any member of pakwheels took my post or comments offensive.

charging 500 for rider expense was also not right in a rainy day, rider delivery charges pop 1.5 times when natural change happen. rainy day 1000 one way

@Deadly_Flame sir if you are looking for an 100% refund for the amount paid as service charge.

LESS the rider charges for both ways please say so.

we can do some effort for such refund, you need to ask for it. Also at time of collection body language expression shall be of gratitude.

Poster should visit 2nd hand parts market, then he might understand how kabli parts world work, you cant get perfect part in most of the cases, if you get then you moght be lucky person, kabli parts markets is full of bluff game, you might pay 2-3 times more there, but you cant get guarentee there, reputed shops like these, atleast they give you 1 or 2 week guarentee even the part is kabli ...

From my point of view, i dont think that they are at any fault ...
