Your bad mileage is a result of the thick oil that you are using, and if the engine had been weak there is always smoke. Check the pcv valve

I was using 10w-40 but engine was consuming it more but engine gives no smoke at all till now. Further more when I start the car it evens throw water from silencer. So I'm confuse what should I do now?

Repair is not recommended for your car. If its running with 1szfe a 1000cc engine then go for 2szfe enjine 1300cc one. You will be in love with your car after this replacement

I don't know of anyone in mardan who does this. Maybe the Toyota showroom might, but not sure. You can ask around all the big workshops there, difficult to say that you will find it. Best to travel to the twin cities, get a proper diagnosis, then decide what path you want to go down

If burning this much oil even on 20w50.Change the head assembly as these engines are pretty much disposable when they get big problems.

Seems like Rings are weak , you would be getting alot of Blow by, Repair the head completely with new valves & put new rings in it. I mean you have to Overhaul your half of the Engine or may be Full Subject to condition
