Do i need to swap my vitz engine or repair?

AoA Friends,
I have recently purchase Vitz FL-2003 in which CNG was installed, then I removed the CNG and started on petrol and in 2,3 days the head valve leaked. I repaired the complete head and became okay. Then I noticed some weird kind of noise in the engine and the mechanic told me that this is because of the power pump and replaced.
Currently, I am facing the following issues.

• Leak Near Crank Pulley (Repaired twice with the mechanic but leaking again after some days)

• Water coolant water is oily and dirty (The mechanic told me that it would be fixed in two, three-time changing the water)

• The mechanic recommended me to fill coolant with Toyota coolants (Will I use coolant waters all the time ?)

• There is a little leak of water beneath the gearbox (Two or three drops all the night long)

The engine fuel consumption is okay, about 13km/l in long drive, no smoke, no oil in the exhaust
Expert opinion is required, should I replace the engine or should I fix it.
Furthermore, can I close the ugly hole of CNG?

you shall ask the workshop to perform compression test before any dismantling.
leaking seals can be replaced, cooling system leak & flush can be fixed to work correctly.
Engine replacement is NO

rebuild if at all engine has compression values below 155 psi.

use only 5W-30 grade engine oil now on wards, buy only reliable brand from trusted shop or pump

This engine isn't preferred to be repaired if ur using after market parts. Can't maintain compression. If you intend to keep the car. Swapping is a better a d a cheaper option

Agreed. Rebuild can be done but will cost a lot. Cheap rebuild will give probs again and again.

but simply if your engine needs a rebuild according to your mechanic or your own assessment just change the engine.

cost will not be much different if you go for a good rebuild.

plus given the car is 17 years old, that alone tilts it in favour of the swap.

Go for swap and instead of 1sz-fe, opt for 2sz-fe...

If the front main seal is leaking over and again, your main pulley is scratched where the seal runs on it or the seal spring pops off or the mechanic never greases the seal

Engine ko repair karana sub say best solution hy. may yeh hi app ko kahu ga ky kesi technical bandy say engine overhaul karva lein sub say best hy kioky engine swaping ky bad documents may bhi engine number change ho ga or car may bhi alterations karny parhy gi .bethar yeh hi hy geniune cheez hy chalny den.

please contact @rajaatta and if conveniently possible drive the car upto him in RWP. he will help you rebuild the engine with peace of mind.

@dayrider bro I have an issue with my vitz 2szfe engine. I'm using ZIC 20W-50 engine oil and now I have done almost 2500km and the the engine oil is now between the low and high gauge on the dipstick. Can you guide me what should I do. I am from Mardan.

You shouldn't use 20w50 in a 2szfe. Is this the original engine?

Check under the car for leaks, and does it give blue smoke

I've had great experiences with Toyota's and vitz is no different, If you crank pulley is leaked and oil is mixing with your coolant, you really need that swap. Sure the engine rebuild is a good choice but genuine parts and good labor is hard to find. For peace of mind, just swap the engine, the car is about 17 years old, it needs a heart change.
