Do not have bike invoice papers. Cant transfer it to my name. What to do

I purchased a bike 2 months back highspeed infinity 150cc. Only got the running paper and registration booklet with. Now to transfer the bike to my name i dont have the invoice or any other paper somehow i got into contact with the orignal owner and he provided his cnic. But i still cant transfer bike to my name Is there any sololution to this cuz the orignal owner has told me he does not want this bike on his name and berated me even tho im the 5th owner. Now what can i do to somehow get this bike transferred to my name.

I'm assuming since you're the 5th owner, the bike is already registered. You don't need the invoice for transfer because excise takes that when you register the vehicle. You only need his biometric.

As per my understanding...

for a Punjab registered vehicle biometric is needed for the application for transfer of ownership but the actual transfer happens when the vehicle is inspected by the E&T inspector who goes through the file (having the original invoice) and also previous registration book/card. Upon finding everything to be in order he then updates in the system details of the new owner and orders a new smart card.
So if the original invoice is not available (meaning the file is not complete) the person in whose name the vehicle is shall have to apply for duplicate from E&T recoreds and then the vehicle shall be able to undergo transfer of ownership.
