Do The Spacers Harm Suspension?

Fellow Members ;
i want to ask u all that my car had spacers when i bought , its on petrol & i have much ground clearence problem i usually go around town averaging 40-70 kms/h , are the spacers damaging to the suspension in long run please suggest me should i remove them ????

the spacers are on front & back

offcoure remove them brother...they make the car highly unstable on high speeds.plus it looks ugly.nd theres no need for them if ur car doesnt hav cng cylinder in it.

yes they are damaging they effect the coil springs alot + tyres will also worn out quickly from inside as they r not properly in contact with the road because of the increase in height and spacers stiffen up the suspension.if u want a comfortable ride than remove the spacers.

well look at this way yr not using yr car as designed by Toyota. so your bound to run into problems sooner or later.

to raise car height you buy coilover and increase height from coilover adjustment.. if you want to drive slow and do offroading

vitz has springs n shocks seperate i think so remove spacers from back n install coil springs with 1 or 2 rings (kara) that will not effect the whole suspension system as ell ride will be smooth

i did the same thing with my coure original coils had six coils i installed coils with 7 coils know the ride is much smoother than before.
