Documents to check while buying a car which was leased from bank?

I am buying a mehran which was orignally leased or financed thorugh ubl bank in islamabad .according to owner he has completed all payments but NOC will be issued in next few weeks . Kindly guid me in details which documents should i check as proof so bank can not bother me latter .?? Will have to visit bank perosnally or can i check every document in sargodha also as it is faar from islamabd ??

Bro visit the respective bank with the seller and confirm all the documents and also confirm that when the car will transferred to your name. And when you'll making the deal also demand the proof in the written form the seller

What kind a off written statement banks usually give after car installmets are clear ? Is it some kind a off NOC or any other document ??

Its NOC. And ur car is leased than bank transfer the car on ur name

If it is financed then it should be on owner 's name already ??

The bank should have the original file, duplicate keys of the car. And registration book if the owner has not claimed it yet.

Payment receipts dont mean anything.

The documents you need are

Original file of the car (sales invoice, registration documentation)

Registration book or card as per the province you are buying from

A NOC issued from the bank, on the owners name stating that all payment are cleared and the car can be transferred.

Such a car would be double transfered usually. Might cost you 2000-3000 extra to transfer such a car.

And the onwer's involvement required? As in would the card be received by the owner after the first transfer as currently the owner has a non transferable card?
