I have car model 2008 bought back in 2019 ... Got smart card and vehicle registration book ... At that time owner had submitted file in Rawalpindi taxation office but I never collected as I got vehicle transfer and got smart card ... Please help
the smart card replaces the green or red color book which was provided by excise few years back, now smart card is enough and you can easily transfer your card by initiating the request no prob at all
