I want to know that civic has eps or not?
my civic steering was very hard so i doubt that its eps
nah..civic has HPS..corolla has EPS...
but honda people say its EPS
civic has HPS
maybe they were refering to Elictrically Powered Sidemirrors..honda city i think has electric power stearing...

All Civics in Pakistan have hydraulic steering.
City Idsi and new City both has EPS.
Malaysian 2.0L Civic and Canadian Civic and North American Civic SI as well as EDM Civic and Type R has EPS.

^The US and Canadian 1.8 Civic does NOT have, eps, only the Si does. And the type r also has it.

when u will drive rolla or city then u will know what EPS is.HPS is only good on highways when it gives good feedback but in city HPs has nothin to do when u have to park u think it has 10 years old car steering
to my understanding the current civic shape [reborn thingy] has eps. prior to that it was hps.. while city since 03 is comin with eps
I know very well. The steering of Corolla is like a feather. Which is a blessing in traffic but again DANGEROUS at times! And you cannot possibly say the HPS as "hard steering". Then you better EAT and drink properly if you are finding it hard to rotate.
btw hps also hampers ur fuel economy,
if its EPS then why its hard as non PS
if we can drive in speed limits on highways then its not dangerous bcoz its not a sports car and CIVICS HPS is very hard then many other cas with HPS like corolla 2002-2008 and previous civic eagle
So Civic's steering is hard like "non-power steering" cars? What else can you do to bash this poor car. Personally i doubt if you ever had a chance of driving civic. Maybe you play with the steering while the car is on ignition.
