Does one need to go to excise office to transfer bike or car (punjab number)

Hi
I transferd one motorcycle in my name back in January when biometric was newly launched. At that time I paid the transfer amount online and did buyer seller biometric and without going anywhere and showing any paper anywhere the bike got transferred in my name and I got the copy after 1 month delivered at home.

What is the process now?
I heard now it's changed after damn court orders and you have to go to excise office?
And submit bike papers? Is it true? What documents are required to be submitted there.

If physical visit to excise is required Then what's the purpose of biometric process? It adds another trouble for buyer seller.
When will these courts stop interfering in affairs of the organizations. Their process was way absolutely logical and meaningful.

now you can close it as i had gone through all the process.

one needs to go to the excise office.
once there in office, one has to ask who is inspection officer once you know who is inspection officer then you have to wait as the officer after sensing that there are sufficient people waiting for inspection will go out where your car or bike is parked and check the vehicle he may check the engine number chasis number and tele with your papers.

one needs to have invoice and file of the vehicle ..

no photocopy of any document needs to be submitted .
you have to show the biometric via either pritn or screenshot in phone.

the only document that needs to be submitted is form F. it has basic details of the vehicle . onlly number till serial 19 needs to be filled. . outside rawalpindi excise office its being sold for rs 30 by agents. so get its legel size print from punjab excise office

Biometric ki jo raseed jo biometric karna ka baad buyer our seller ko di jathi hain. Both are needed in excise office.
You can either print and show it to verification officeer or show the picture from mobile without having to print it.

Inspection officer checked my file bio matric and car then signed form F as well now how much time required to appear my name online ?

recently i sold my car
just pay transfer fess and go to any e nadra office and give them your psid then the seller and buyer both can do biometric , when its done your car or bike will be transfer to the new buyer
