Does removing CNG cylinder from Civic 2002 be anyway helpful?

Hello, hope you are doing well. We bought 100k KMs completed Honda Civic 2002 EXI an year ago, since the purchase we are continuously using it on High Octane and Petrol. Although the CNG is installed but we never use it. Is it a good idea to get the CNG cylinder removed as we shall never be using it in the future. Currently, the car gives around 250 KMs approx millage on full tank with AC. Is there any way which can improve the millage? Looking forward to hearing back from the experts and professionals specially Mr @Xulfiqar

250 in full tank...thats too low almost 6.5km/l

should give minimum 9-10km/l

remove cylinder, all cng wiring, connect the ignition coils with car's original wiring harness by removing all the cng wiring. take out venturi from air filter box...

car cannot give optimum performance if all cng fittings are there... they reduce air intake by using venturi....

take out all cng fittings and get it tuned on factory specs as cng mechanics used to mess with factory settings such as IACV, IMA get them all set on factory specs

you will see major improvement in performance and fuel economy....pick/acceleration will improve as well....you will thank me later....

Which city you are located in?

Ask for offers from couple of CNG guys in your area, but I think CNG shop guys will take your kit at scrap rate. Better try to sell directly on Olx or Pakwheels, price it reasonably and it might sell quickly.

i removed my CNG thing from a-z but performance of my car is not great pick wise. car seems bit heavier and less responsive. got everyhing done to improve pick but no use.....car seems to respond to foot when i remove any sensor and then put in it back in similarly playing with wires also fix pickup issue for few days but then suddenly a jerk comes and car become lazy and less responsive again.....the electrician though checked and removed cng wiring but its been a year since im having bad pickup on pterol.....engine is also rough a bit at full operating temperature sort of missing or play in engine.....injectors,pumps,filters,plugs,coils,TB everything changed but no permanent issue is ever found
