Does replacing front sprocket from 14 to 16 increase milage and top speed (United 70)

I want to replace sprockets in my US70 bike and want to know is it worth it?
and what will be cost to do it.
I want to increase milage and top speed.
Aur agar back wala sprocket ka size reduce karwa loon to us se bi increase hogi milage?(due to low rpms)

Back stock hi rhny do. Front pr 16 lgwa k dekh lo ap. Cost will be maximum 300.
This will reduce pick but will also decrease vibration and give u a bit smoother ride.
