Thanks for your reply lahori1990.
@usmanuetian
bro I don't think that staying away from gym for a month or so is going to help you increase your mass. The reason you are not gaining is that your muscles have reached a point where the weights you are lifting are not stressing your muscles enough to be destroyed and rebuild. What you have to do is to increase weights, it would be enough if you keep the rep count upto 6-7 or even 5 but lift heavy and eat like crazy. This is the stage where most people let go off bodybuilding because their weight stopped increasing. And Usman bhai I would also say that running too much is not a good idea when your goal is to increase mass. All this is my personal experience and worked for me really well but may be it does not suit everyone.
Now coming towards my problem which are my forearms. They are not getting any bigger and looks pathetic in contrast to my upper arms. Have been trying lots of weights and angles but not getting any result. Forearms are solid as rock but please suggest something to increase their roundness and width.
There is a guy in my gym who has really good forearms or I should say explosive forearms, I asked him and he said that whenever I do exercise for forearms I should also squeeze a wet towel(toliya nichorrna) for half an hour to increase their size and I was like haaiiiinn?? He said this is how he got good forearms.
Please advise and suggest.
