If you are looking to build "physeek" Jogging and then starving yourself is not going to do that. You need to start eating properly and change out your workout routine. Lifting weights is a good way to go but its not for everybody. Maybe play squash with friends? Badminton? If you do the same thing for to long the body stops responding.

And eat atleast 1.5-2,5 Gram protein pr Kg of Body weight Unless you wanna loose Fat. Then eat the same amount of proteins but starve your body for calories. Starving does not Mean to NOT eat but eating controlled portions and eating the right stuff. Not samosas at the local corner. Eat 500 Calories less then your body requires. But be aware this is going to mess you up even more in the beginning. Headaches, loss of energy, lost appetite, cravings for sugar is all normal stuff. But thats how you loose fat. Sometimes you have to get worse before you get better.
