Door lock

I am having a strange issue, since its Sunday and I cant do anything about it. My Honda City driving seat door lock is not working I have two keys one is duplicate and other is original. I have been using duplicate to start engine and there have been key less entry but had to remove it as it was interfering with ECU. The problem started once I started using duplicate key to unlock door as most probably my door lock was not used to it so it started resisting. It got through but doing nothing to unlock the door which it seldom did before. I tried using the original key which is not going through( except once and it did unlock the door). I think I have to remake the key or have to replace all the locks.

few days back my one friend got same problem with his city 04 and he just asked a key maker to make two duplicate keys for his car for 100Rs

if the main door lock is not working then try the key on other door or trunk

for security reason its better if you change the locks

Reset (reconfigure) your key fob, procedure must be given in your manual, usually its switching on and off (without starting) 3 times within 10 secs or so or take out your battery terminals for good 5 minutes and reconnect and then go and have a good run on the car for it to check its all parameters but check it or google it online.

This is what I did after getting frustrated by the kind of response which I was least expecting this website is no more working for me I am off. It was an expensive but skilled locksmith who charged me 500 for getting a new lever of the lock and a duplcate key.
