Some people are talking as if they worked very hard to buy land. read history of Pakistan how land was distributed and how much of land is still of no use. Land for huge parks wasnt bought, it was allocated by authorities during the time when British used to rule,
Now we are selling 5 million for 10 marla, this is fake value of land and have dozens of property dealers, half of them arnt even educated.

Dont take the value of land so carelessly.

lol, first of all civic is not a drift car:).
Secondly if yr a bling bling guy, asking for others to spend money what input can you put in?.
if someone is coming up with idea to do something with land, there is no need to be so selfish,
do you have land?.
do you know how to drift ?
Can you help with circuit construction?
Will you provide quality of service to users?

Unfortunately teens cant do much in this country. there is no support system.

haha ap ki soch hai , keep faith teens are future and agent of change and ofcourse along with the guidance of seniors..

perhaps professional drifters or seniors could school young talent in this sport professionaly for a fee and generate enough revenue for the future club?

i am in favor of the Club & will be nice to have such club for drifters & those who say that drifting is useless then i am really sorry to say that you know nothing if you don't like it then it doesn't mean that everyone else don't like it as well.
and also someone said that why will parents let their kids drift then let me ask you that parents also ask you not to smoke or don't be late from school or try to come home early & bla bla bla did you we ever listen to that. i would say a big NO & of course the members of the club will be responsible & sensible people not some 5th graders which there parents to pamper them and the organizer will have to make as safe as possible.

At least if someone have to drift they will have a place to do it rather then doing it in street & putting there life's & others at risk.

if u are really serious then maybe you can send your proposals to building societies....like bahria, eden etc etc.....they might take it seriously..

Built a proper race track and educate people about proper circuit racing so that inshAllah in future someone may be able to represent pakistan in motorsport events. introduce karting . why burn the tyres in 15mins ?

Hi Levin i have gone through all the conversation related to drift tracks and motorsports bussiness.i can say u that its actually a profitbale bussiness thts bcz its sort of addiction and we can do it together and its really good as we just burn tyres not our health with smoke and save our youngsters.i am also a very much into motorsports and unfortunately we have a problem that we live in pakistan and no body is willing to focus on this just beacause every buddy wants money.Anywz m trying to convince Bahria and dha city because they have enormous land and they can start and get positve benefit for their societies as well.
