I ve seen polo club, golf club in Lahore Pakistan, because the sports is coming from British rule time . is it true?

There are people going to play sports. so it be a of a attraction to spend so much money to maintain club.

Back then when British ruled there was hardly any motorsports in sub-continent or even if there was, it was pressed to a corner.

Today we see drifting sports in countries to a level "drift king" was honoured to train a fleet of police officers.

Drifting is not a taboo, its a sports require proper built cars and supervision otherwise it like you end up playing "gully danda" on city streets instead of golf in a club.

With proper allocation of land, membership, training, drift is so much more fun than driving straight, speeding on desi public roads, full of hazard to others and yrself.

some one propose this idea to the owner of dreamworld etc...

make a motor city... race track for cars, go karts
drift tracks drag tracks...

shops dealing in all sort of automotive equipment..
mechanical workshops.. service stations

all in one place..

If you can prove that it will be profitable, more profitable than some other businesses, someone might be interested...

But I dont think its profitable. No one's willing to pay for something they can do on the empty streets of newly developing societies...or areas which have roads but every other development is at a standstill...

You can make an estimate of land/infrastructure cost and proposed prices etc and post here.....maybe someone will read and consider it seriously.

but sadly..... even being of the literate class...... i actually like to do it on proper roads with minimal traffic as well

i know its foolish........ but ill upgrade my level once i level up my car for it

people are paying large sums for memberships for those clubs...

apart from that, state owned ones are built according to the tastes of the people. racing people are a tiny minority.

No one's stopping you from building one from your own money. You can invite other wealthy members to invest/donate to your project.

It would be great idea to make a track where people can arrange drag/drift/circuit/autocross races... instructors can teach newbies too...
But the problem is, its not going to be profitable... a proper inflow of people joining in would be the real problem....

So by business point of view.. its a challenge... (How many parent would allow drifting? Or drags? In these economic conditions who would spend so much amount?)

I think it should be coupled up with some other business to get such a club/school rolling..
Such as A place not only to drift... but for horse riding, swimming, boxing, gymnastics, gym, golf other games etc...

but then again... membership would be sky rocketing high... and only elites of the elites could afford...

Some people are talking as if they worked very hard to buy land. read history of Pakistan how land was distributed and how much of land is still of no use. Land for huge parks wasnt bought, it was allocated by authorities during the time when British used to rule,
Now we are selling 5 million for 10 marla, this is fake value of land and have dozens of property dealers, half of them arnt even educated.

Dont take the value of land so carelessly.

lol, first of all civic is not a drift car:).
Secondly if yr a bling bling guy, asking for others to spend money what input can you put in?.
if someone is coming up with idea to do something with land, there is no need to be so selfish,
do you have land?.
do you know how to drift ?
Can you help with circuit construction?
Will you provide quality of service to users?

Seems like you have no interest then the question is why are you here?
