Drift practise track - lahore

Looking for drift practice area, open plain smooth area without interruption of any kind of traffic and open space to control. Tracks can be formed with help of old tires. The purpose is to properly introduce drift skills and then go to competition license school in Europe or Japan. After obtaining completion license can provide professional skills. Also gives an oppertunity to invite international all stars to perform.

Not sure about Lahore, but if you can get into an old/army type airport, that is awesome, wide run-ways, long stretches etc.

And the asphalt will be good too

There is raceway in 20 minutes drive. I will try to go there sometime New Jersey motorsports park, Raceway Park, presents world class drag racing, motocross racing, monster truck shows and other exciting things to do in New Jersey

I have knowledge on raceways. been there too. I want people in authority to ask me how I can help. not I start dumping information without any outcome, did this many times. right now, we are not talking raceways, we are not talking competition, we are not talking two drivers at a go. we are discussing practice area. we can develop it with tires and cones, whatever. after one achieves a competition license, he or she is in position to talk competition

drifting is not making donuts in one place. its about following a line ( a path) of drift practice.

Reach out to some private investor/ sponsor. so that an area can be finalized.. old tires can be arranged later on.
once you reach out to some conclusion with green light and positive implementation plan, $10K I will invest..

A good step but about Lahore I cannot say but in isb/pindi I can say as there is a big plain patch right next to metro...where all drivers mostly ladies come to practise driving....

yes sounds good for pindi users, have permission to use it and allocate times for other level of drive learners

To make your explanation simple and straight, people he's talking about a practice drift track like in the movie fast and furious Tokyo drift. It includes sharp turns, cones, round abouts, wheels,barrels....etc.I hope people now get the idea more easily. And from my side I don't know of any such place in Lahore.

No, if you drift into a wall and the car is towed away, two of its tyres won't spin while the car is moving.

have u seen LDA avenue 1 at the back of EME society @poster?
this place is good because it is not populated and the roads are complete. offroaders also go there but u can find new roads there..

No I have not seen. But it has to be allocated area, if housing is under plans. that is not allocated. Will be needing official permissions on paper or something in case there is objection.

yes ok....and how much Hp required for an average rear wheel drive car to drift....i think anything above 180 hp ...cuz there is a loss of power in a rear drive whld car ...on average or say way below we in lahore dont have those type of powered cars WHO wud will to drift , very expensive hobby , need tyres...Clutch plates ....drive shafts...e.t.c...and to top it off...body/panel damage... Remember we live in PAKISTAN ...not Japan or USA...
