This thread is for Driving License by National highways & motorway police, Any one know about it, What is the difference between both licenses (Sindh and motorway police)?, Validity for normal roads? And any privilege?

I forgot to update here, anyways, I called them and they told that currently there is no Driving License office (National highways & motorway police) in Karachi, So the services is not available at the moment.
