I am bit confused on obtaining a permanent driving license in Karachi, actually my learner license was issued in 2017 but somehow I couldn’t go for the permanent license and now its been 8 to 9 years. But now I am in a need of getting a permanent license so what should I do now?? Shall I need to reissue the learning license again or go direct to the permanent license? As I am on their portal right now, when I go for the issuance of the learning license it says you already have and when I go to the IDP it says expiry date is less than one year. I am totally stuck with this
