Stock cars generally are well protected against standing water at that height. It's when jugaads are applied is when pathways for water start to open up and wires / sensors get exposed.
Did any water come inside the cabin?
Is the underside of the vehicle's engine bay shielded? It won't stop the water coming into the engine bay, but prevents against bigger floating obstacles.
Are any electric wires or sensors exposed?
Have your car serviced, I think if there's no new issues arising after the rain water, you should be good to go.
